By downloading, installing or playing Sultans of the Sand (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, solely for non-commercial entertainment.
The Game does not require an account in Phase 1 (offline-only). The Game is rated 7+ and is suitable for general audiences. Players under 13 should have parental consent before making any in-app purchase.
The Game may show optional rewarded video advertisements. Watching such ads grants in-game rewards. You are never required to watch ads to progress through the Game's core content.
When the Online Arena is enabled in a future update, you agree to:
Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund.
All Game content (art, audio, code, names) is owned by Studio Sultans or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for fair-use purposes such as gameplay clips and reviews.
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that defects will be corrected. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop playing and uninstall the Game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is less.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop playing at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of virtual currency or items.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Studio Sultans is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
